I couldn’t warn you enough about avoiding this company. BBB states that “A number of non-genuine reviews for this business originated from the same IP address and/or the same computer, which may mean that someone was trying to artificially influence this business's rating.” I ignored the warnings and figured the positive ratings had to be legit. Wrong. They moved me from Chicago to Dallas and heavily damaged a beautiful bedroom set and destroyed most boxes and contents. When they show up, they will have you sign a document saying that they will pay you .60 cents a pound for damage. They will tell you that you missed “the window” for full coverage. If you decide to settle, they get the damaged furniture at a super cheap rate. One can only assume what is done with the discounted furniture after that. The bedroom set was wrapped with blankets and still had deep chips in the top and sides of it and the top board to one of the dressers was split in two. Either someone literally threw it off the truck in transit or someone loading the furniture has serious anger issues. I will forever regret giving these guys my business. You can’t save enough to justify moving with this company. Moving is stressful enough, it’s not worth the hurt, anxiety and anger these clowns will put you through.
