Had service with CaliClear for several years. The 6 to 8 months of dealing with the office assistant and communication have been extremely difficult, rude, and unprofessional. The lady answering the phone is rude. When you ask questions or follow up with a scheduled appointment of a no-show she gets defensive. I received a call telling me I needed to call a plumber to clear out the line yet I flushed the line myself and got my system working on my own. In the middle of my conversation with her, she told me she was canceling my service immediately. I called another pool service and shared Im looking for new services as my previous service was canceled without warning. The pool service asked if it was Caliclear as he had received multiple calls with the same scenario. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY
