Hired them for short move but needed done quickly. Included an upright piano. They said not a problem but will need to sign damage waiver. After getting everything ready to move (in a rush), they showed up and first thing his people said was they couldn’t move piano.They were told to leave. No sense in hiring them and not getting piano moved, only to have to hire someone else. Basically their misrepresentations have put us in a bind. For us, none of their promises on their website were true, except they were on time to do nothing.
