As a team, they tracked down the quickest way to get the defective part shipped here, and Joanna made sure I got a refund for the part that was still under warranty when it stopped working. Having wasted money getting estimates from other companies- a learning curve - it is obvious to me how superior Efficient Comfort is, and I would always use them in future.
