I’ve used Andy’s Pipe Dream three times over the past 6 months. Once to install a new water heater, another time to fix a very old AC unit and a third time to clean out and check my furnace. Every time the repair person has been very knowledgeable and well trained, and the overall service has been wonderful. They won’t be the cheapest or the most expensive plumber/ HVAC provider out there, but they are fair and the small things they do are priceless. A technician e-mails or texts when they are on their way, along with their photo and name. They are prompt, explain what they are doing during the service call, and don’t up sell on parts and systems that are not needed. In my book all those things put together builds trust in a company. I work for a KC company as VP of Customer Support and I appreciate the level of service this company provides. I’ve got them on speed dial.
