I have rented at the Pittsburgh - North Hills (Ross Park Mall Drive) location two times now, and have had a great experience with EZ Storage. The staff is very friendly and the units that they rent are clean and well maintained. Very good pricing for the size of the space and the free trucks for move-in are a very nice bonus. Would definitely recommend them to anyone with storage needs! --Brad
