Who knew it was so much fun to punch and kick something? Burn Kickboxing gets me out of my comfort zone and pushes me every single moment! This is my first "out of the house" work out, and I've never been more excited to go and exercise before, especially at 6 am! The instructors are all wonderful and have so much energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to keep you going. I leave feeling strong, knowing that I am doing something great for my body, and I'm so pumped to see where this takes me. I highly recommend them to anyone searching to make a lifestyle change!
