Returning customer. Was to get annual gutter cleaning around 12/9 each yr. This was not done this yr and after 4 calls could not get it done. Was told delay was because of late leaves falling but couldn't give me any estimate when work could be done, only that I would get a phone call when they were on their way. There were plenty of warm, dry weather between 12/9 and 1/30 that the work could have been done but wasn't. When I called again to cancel service, was told I would get a discount if I gave them another chance. This turned out to be false because when I saw the new quote, it was the same as the old one and when I called to confront them on it, I was told there was a cost increase in Sept. Shady business practices, poor customer service, and 2 month delays are unacceptable.
