Settling wall cracks, dozens of screw pops, roof leaked in 2 places costing us hundreds in repairs, sidewalk sank, HVAC required hundreds of repairs in first 4 years, house did not come with gutters. We had to fight for warranty on every problem. We were blamed for their deficiencies.
