Although the folks who sell the pool chemicals here are helpful and honest, I have personally had a terrible experience with their repair/restoration department and would personally not ever use or recommend this company. Three years ago, I had them come remove all the tiles around my pool, as many were falling off. They said the tile work had been done poorly the first time. There was a three year warranty on their work, which was signed into the contract. This year (so, 2 years and 6 months after they finished the new tile job), I had about 12 tiles fall off. I reached out via phone and email, and got a response to tell me they would honor the contract and fix the tiles. However, after three months of my sending repeated emails and phone calls to follow up and schedule the repair work, nobody ever responded to set up a date and time for the work to be done. It is still not done. No one will return my calls or emails. My personal opinion is that this company is breaching their contractual obligation to fix the pool tile installation that did not last through the three-year warranty. In addition, I greatly dislike the disrespect of not contacting me after the first time. My personal recommendation is that it would be a much better option to use another company.
