I chose Susan, and NW K9 Bed Bug Detective, because of her non-toxic approach to eradicating bed bugs. Now that I know her, I'd recommend you choose her not just for that but because she and her staff (and dog!) totally know their stuff in a very difficult and frustrating business. I had a tenant in a mother-in-law apartment move out, leaving some bed bugs behind. I discovered this only as the bugs discovered me! Susan immediately gave me lots of hints of things I could do on my own to eradicate them and the best way to prepare my home for a visit from her bug sniffing dog, Magic.
