I had a terrible experience with this company's customer service. I purchased three articles of clothing and unfortunately, the cut of the clothing did not look good on my body type, so I was unable to wear any of the clothes. I was not aware of their refund policy before I made the purchase, but I reached out to them hoping to return the items. What company does not accept ANY refunds these days with shopping over the internet it’s not feasible. After contacting them multiple times through email, phone calls, and their website's chatbot, I received a refund for only one of the items. Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, I have not received any response for my requests for a refund for the other two items. I can't afford to have a credit of $560 with their company for clothing that I can't wear. It's very disappointing that the company has such poor customer service and doesn't seem to care about their customers' satisfaction. I strongly advise everyone not to purchase items from this company unless they are 100 percent sure they want to spend money here and risk being stuck with unusable items and poor customer service.
