I had to have emergency service because our heat shut off. Andrew, answered my call on Friday evening around 8:50 p.m., and was at my house 20 minutes later. He advised me of the cost for the emergency call, our motor seized, the system is the original with the house, over 32 years old (probably 62 years old). He did not take the money for the emergency visit, said he'd take care of the motor and incorporate into that total figure. Well, his price was super, very affordable.
