Matt was very personable. Took adequate time to review each aspect of the house and listened to my concerns. Making an appointment was easy and inspector showed up on time. Needed an inspection since we are coming up on the 1yr warranty a d wanted to make sure we caught everything to submit to the contractor to fix.
