I called looking for a new remote to replace the one that is MIA, the young lady quoted me a price, I ordered it. About 3 hours later I received an email from the your lady telling me she had found the exact one I needed at a reduced price and had ordered that one instead, I would receive it the next business day. Now that is service not usually seen anymore in American business! I was so impressed, that I called back after receiving the new remote to have the company come out program the remote and preform PM on my 20 year old opener.
