I cancelled my contract within the acceptable timeframe without response or confirmation from Empire Moving Group for more than a week and a half (I made 8 attempts to directly contact them, phone and email). They blatantly lied to my credit card company and stated that written cancellation was not received. Since I disputed the charge they refuse to provide a refund, per policy. The billing department has hung up on me numerous times and no longer takes my calls. Do not engage with their unethical business practices. Please note, they have an “F” rating through the BBB.
