Very great experience. We purchased online with help from Tamara via zoom with measuring. We live in Wisconsin. We were traveling thru colorado and asked to meet with her to make sure the brace fit well and we had it adjusted right. I had made some errors with measurements as my dog was not cooperative they fixed up the brace on the spot and even replaced some parts. The brace itself especially now that it fits right is a game changer. My dog wears it with no issues and is even going back down in the basement doing the stairs. We even ordered a spare.
