Excellent experience. Our first experience was at the home show at the Big E . The saleswoman was great. She took the time to answer our questions she was very nice and easy to talk to. we did not buy the ceiling light at that time but we stopped in and purchased later at the main store. the saleswoman was there and she helped us again and we went home with the same light and we are so very happy with it. our children love it. it is beautiful.
