What a joke this place is for service and communications. I got there at 1:20 on July 3 for appointment, by their schedule at 1:30 was check in by lady that came out from behind normal check in station. She I think check me in from what I could understand and told me go wait in truck. I did. Overall were rude and not helpful on filling out their mandatory release forms online. Lady called me after I had sat in truck for 22 minutes. She kept telling me I needed to complete forms before they could see me and I kept telling her it was showing up on my little phone screen as verified. After she hung up on me, I was able to go back online link and it had not accepted my signature. My mistake, but she could have told me in a nice way or at least shown me behind the plexiglass inside the office area what was missing. OK I wait for another 32 minutes. The app states no wait, I'm 0 in line and up, but no text. By now my bladder is calling. I'm an old fart. I walk in. No one at table behind the plexiglass. However two ladies talking behind the normal glass area. After about 2 minutes lady comes out. She tells me that is correct, go back outside and wait. I ask her if they have bathroom. Answer is no. I go madam I have to go now. She did say sorry. I told her I will have to drive home to go to bathroom takes 25 minutes. She cancelled the appointment. As leaving I saw the woman that had driven up as I walking in to check on my appointment status and hopefully find a bathroom. There was lady dressed in gown about to conduit a COVID Test. Something I had scheduled early morning with this place had a confirmed 1:30 appointment and was on time and missed because of their lack of communication and public service. So I asked the lady at the desk how does she just drive up and get a COVID test with curb service when I have been waiting for an hour. She told me the lady tested had paid cash. So her cash was better than my insurance. Sounds like discrimination to me. I let you all reading this and be the judge. Needless to say I want be back to this joke of a public service place. Besides what is the law for this kind of place not offering a restroom to operate.
