I have used this service several times, most recently, I had enrolled in an auto-refill situation. They were very prompt, I was notified several days in advance to check if I still needed this product. I actually did not respond to their emails, I was wanting to see if they would fulfill my order. They did and everything went as planned. Great company, awesome customer service.
