Watch out! Placed an order, received an email advising a ship date of that day, a tracking number and a request for a positive Google review. Four days later after being unable to track my order, I called their customer no service and was advised that my order, surprise, surprise, should ship that day. Uhhhh yeh. Although it was obvious the customer no service girl didn't care, she did offer this explanation, "we're really really busy". No explanation of why I wasn't notified that my order actually hadn't shipped. We'll see if it actually does ship today or not. Now I see why they want a review up front, before they actually do anything. I'll help this company that has too much business to handle it effectively and NEVER do business with them again.
