House Doctors, fixed my chimney and replaced some rotting wood at my house in July of 2022. Shortly after replacing/painting the wood, I noticed that the wood was bleeding brown spots through the white paint. I contacted them and they came back and painted it again. It bled through again and I have been contacting them since September of last year to get this fixed and have heard one story after another, however they have not come back and made this right. I spent over $6000 with them and have an eyesore of a repair that they have left me with. Theo has not honored his agreement and apparently the staff he uses isn't skilled enough to know what type of wood so that it won't bleed through the paint
