Healing Butterfly tea is terrific! I have at least one cup a day and sometimes 2 or 3. My favorite flavors include the vanilla matcha, the early grey tea matcha and the pumpkin spice matcha. If I have a day or a week when I'm not feeling well or have a cold I drink their their ginger matcha after a friend of mine told me that is what they did. It works! Overall I feel better and have a more upbeat day when I drink their tea. The company delivers the product immediately and can answer any questions that you might have regarding their beverages.
