I purchased a Safari ME, Safari ME Expansion, and 6 Solar Panels in on October 08, 2020 from a Costco in South Jordan Utah. Initial testing showed a malfunctioning ME Expansion. I was given a new ME and ME expansion in November 2020. Initial testing of those units showed a malfuntioning ME. Returned the ME in November 2020 and have yet to receive a replacement unit. Have called several times and been promised a new unit within weeks, time only to be disappointed and still awaiting replacement of the unit. Very disappointed.
