I have one of the older models and a new part was needed to help with the lift. Not only did Top Lift Pros send it for free but it arrived fast too! And Luke provided top notch quality service in helping me install the part, via the phone. He was great with instructions and provided support even after hours. I would highly recommend the lift to anyone and the lift is phenomenal and works just like new, with the new part and easy install. I have two Jeep wranglers - the lift pays for itself and is easy to operate alone when lifting/putting down the hard top. Solid quality and support - great company!
