This program was essential in helping me to quit drinking. The medication helped the physical dependency to be removed without withdrawal symptoms, the counseling was key to my success as well as the re-introduction to exercise that I still practice today. I can honestly say that without this program I don't think I would have ever stopped drinking and my life would have continued to spiral downhill. I might have lost everything important to me, and that would have just made my drinking problem worse. Although it was very expensive it was worth it to me, I am still sober today after almost a year without the urge or need to drink.
