They came out to look at my mother's a/c. Told her it needed $3500.00 in repairs, then the salesman showed up and tried to sell her a unit at double the cost. It was like being in a car dealership, he was playing let's make a deal. We had another reputable a/c company come out and check the unit, it just needed minor repairs. Bottom line, I do not trust the techs or salesmen.
