I received silver name necklace quicker than I thought I would. The necklace is nice, I will see how it wears in the coming months. I want to say that when I called to inquire about necklace I had to ask the representative(girl) a few questions and when I was hanging up the phone I heard her make a unpleasant comment about the call. She was very short with me and it seemed as if I was bothering her.
