I'm confused. My first order was fantastic--shipped fast and arrived with no issues. This was May. In June I needed fire ant treatment so my husband ordered from them. The order was damaged in transit and sent back. They contacted us and said we'd get a refund. Still hasn't happened. I notice several other bad reviews for the sane issue around the same time. What's going on? Is the boss's idiot kid running shipping and refunds? What moron is messing up what seems like a great company?
