Their notary was able to meet with me to help get my paperwork for my refinance done. She was very professional when we met, and had a great attitude. She answered all of the questions I asked about the process. Apparently, making stray marks on some pages or using the wrong color ink is serious business. Glad I asked! Their office quickly processed my paperwork after we got done. The young lady I spoke with in the office when I picked up my refund check was also very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them!
