My 2nd policy with them. Friends complain about the super-high cost of flood insurance . IMHO they are getting ripped off for $thousands, while I'm paying $hundreds. Especially recommend them when the only reason you are getting flood insurance is for financing (my properties are in a "sheet flood" area, so chance of actual damage is low). Be aware that some lenders want no more than $5k deductible -- not one of the options on the Floodnerds form when I filled it out, so ask (Floodnerds may change that soon).
