This is a good/bad review and didn't fit into with "thumbs up or thumbs down." While mostly pleased with products, am not happy with the auto awning that retracts for wind and sun exposure.....is mostly retracted and therefore doesn't protect my home as intended. You've been out MANY time to readjust but still not happy with results...... Love your personnel - Tino and Eric have been very helpful......but sometimes takes me a long time to get someone out here. Too long.
