Back in 2018 I left my year old laptop to be repaired. Shortly after dropping it off I got deployed. Apparently they left ONE message on my phone. Obviously, I did not get the message until I returned home. When I called to pick up my laptop, I found out they no longer had it!!! Yep!! They SOLD it to someone. No calls to let me know they were going to get rid of it. What kind of business practice is that? While I have bullets flying over me he's raking in the money. WRONG!! So wrong!!
