Billing was always off. Office manager was rude. Two friends we referred stopped using them for the same reasons I did, dirty pool, never staying long, rude office manager, and bad billing. Service was terrible. When I submitted a review on another site, one of the employees came on and lied about us having outstanding bills due. Even after we sent in our bills and showed there was nothing outstanding they did not change their response. Our pool was always dirty looking. We now use AZ Poolwatch and it is like NIGHT AND DAY the difference in service. I accidentally put a good review on here for Take 10 thinking it was AZ Poolwatch asking for the Survey.
