Terrible, rude and incompetent. This team made 10s and thousands of dollars of mistakes on my books. They don't know a lot about standard practices, they offer no advice and do not take accountability for their own mistakes. They promise false deadlines that they will never meet, they have no business taking on new clients. My biggest financial mistake was hiring them. I paid them thousands of dollars and now will have to hire new people to fix all of their mistakes
