My pool was built by Hipp Pools in 2012. We have had Hipp Pools maintain and repair our pool since that time. Overall I have been very pleased with the experience. At times, there seems be more delay than I would expect for some of the repair work. However, once the technician determines the issue, I have always received a price quote the same or next day followed by a date the repair can be completed. The repairs have always been completed to my satisfaction and I have always had success with calling Hipp for warranty work.
