Jake installed a new motor several months ago. This call was because the tension wire was loose on the left side. It turns out that the door also needed to be reinforced in the center. Jake and I discussed the longevity for the door. We'll need a new door soon, but we don't need one yet - which means we will have time to budget for the new door. This was a great relief! Jake was professional and knowledgable. He explained the problem and the solution clearly. He was polite and professional.
