He deserves accolades for his Selection guidance, recommendations on membrane underlayment (To resolve previously tile issues from Original builder when the tile was laid on concrete). Mr Soto provided updates on product Delivery, Guidance on selection from 1 of 3 contractors we interviewed, and all at a very reasonable price!
