I just called your customer service line with complaintsThe lady was quite unhelpful and just cancelled my future services and was about to hang up the phone I called because I saw a bill for shrub and bush care for hundreds of dollarsI did not sign up for thisI did not even expect this careI dont even know if this care was done as this entire summer I bought several anti-fungaside, bugs, worms sprays for my garden trees and shrubs, given these creatures were attacking my rose bushes, my willow trees, my berry shrubs, my cherry tree.What tress and shrubs did you treat?I had two threes that died and were cut down, I have four threes that are dieing recommended to be cut downI refuse to be charged for services that I did not agree to nor that you did a good job on. When I told her I am maintaining my lawn services she told me that was already cancelled due to lack of paymentOn two encounters i received calls from true green for payment on my cell phoneOn both occasions I gave my staff my credit card to make full payment; I have my staff as a witness to this as I had to go in to see patientsYou either did not put it through, I have no explanation for sending my account to collections, situation explained to them and paid in full Now i see a bill for 65 dollars for insect and bug control I did not ask for Is this the services you provideCharge people for services that they did not ask for and that you dont even provide in any competent manner and then if the quality is questioned, cancel future services and hang up the phone
