would like to know why I am receiving an email for a lockout charge of $100 today (10/25/2021). The only notice I received from Omni key Realty was that someone was going to do a walkthrough of my house on 10/06/2021. On that day, I left my deadbolt open before leaving the house at 7:30am. The deadbolt stayed unlocked until we went to bed at 10pm. Can someone let me know what the charge is for? I have requested for maintenance to give me a call before entering my house but i have never been called. Do you guys just walk into peoples homes without calling first?
