Bought this unit in July 2021, didn’t receive until September. May 2022, 8 months latter coil in air handler fails, now just in time for Summer in Texas. Paid almost $18,000 dollars for a 5ton capacity rating that is now disfunctional, we are now using window and portable ac units, 4 of them to keep the house in th low 80’s, outside upper 90’s to 100. Thank you Ecoer. Now waiting to see how long to get a coil from???. Haven’t heard a timeline yet hoping it will be befor mid July. One more thing over the last 8 months our 36 year old unit that this piece of garbage replaced used the same to less energy. 10 seer to 17 seer should have been a decrease in energy consumption, right?
