Our International Caravan Albacete patio bistro set arrived without any obvious external box damages. It took me a few days to assemble the pieces in between other projects. The instructions were fine and all of the parts were there. My initial visual inspection missed a defect in one of the chair sides. I sent pictures and within just a few business days a new whole chair side arrived. I was amazed at the little time it took them to rectify the problem. Both Modern Wicker and International Caravan deserve more than five stars for their exemplary customer service. Plus, the quality of the product was even better than we expected.
