Nightmare! Charged credit card even though no communication it was on back order, yet a label was created. Called them after 15 days of label created. Long story short, their customer service and business practice forced me to cancel my order only to have it arrive and I had to pay for shipping back to get my refund. Many reviewers experience the same thing. STAY AWY FROM THIS BUSINESS!
