I made the mistake of making one payment with my bank card, and they kept my card information on file, though I specifically asked them not to, and surprised me by using it without my permission and without any notice whatsoever. When I called to ask that they destroy my card info, they were petty, passive-aggressive, and non-committal. They insisted that somewhere in the paperwork I had signed, I had agreed to allow them to retain and use my bank card info without notice and consent. I ended up having to cancel my bank card. I would never recommend them.
