If I could give more than 5 stars in each category, I would. Chasity is the perfect employee/employer "matchmaker" and makes the uncomfortable, comfortable. We all know how challenging the job seeking process can be however, with Chasity and her outstanding customer service skills, she makes the process enjoyable. Chasity was an instrumental part of my job seeking process ensuring I was prepared with each step of the journey providing encouragement, feedback and excellent details about how things were going to be handled. Chasity went out of her way to keep me up to date especially when there was a gap in time during the process as a result of the Clients schedule. Just her transparency provided calm in an often challenging situation.
