They came to service my garage doors, they were on time and did the work I paid for. I ask if he could tell me what was wrong with the opener and he said the motor was dead and I needed a new garage door opener. He said he would make note of it and someone from the office would call to scheduled for the replacement. No one called me back so I called the office. The girl told me she couldn't read the form the mechanic submitted. She could have called me to ask what was needed, but she didn't. I then scheduled the opener replacement, but I felt it was a little pricey. I should've gotten estimates.
