I would have given a clean 5 star for all the categories except for the fact that - 1) I was not able to review and confirm my filing until I submitted them to the IRS - at this point if I have an error now I have to do a corrected filing - not good. 2) Did not get address check and or correction - not I used the cheapest option to file - even then most provider include address check for free.
