I can't say enough good about our experience with TMD Custom Builders. They did such a great job renovating/expanding our home that, when the time came, we hired them to build a garage without even going out for bid. We actually completed both projects while living in Northern Virginia--1600 miles away! And both projects were seamless. The TMD employees were professional, reliable, and very transparent throughout the process. The renovation was to a home built in 1927, so of course some issues arose. And every time we were informed immediately, and provided with proposed solutions. They updated the builder site with pictures on a regular basis, so we could see the progress without actually being there. The quality of the work--in every respect--was outstanding. When we did the final walkthrough, we really had no punch list to speak of. Their attention to detail and making everything right the first time was incredible. Not only was the work product and process outstanding, but I came to think of Tim and Mike as family, and I really miss them now that the projects are complete. I would not hesitate to recommend TMD Custom Builders to anyone.
