I took my daughter here in November for check up. The doctor did the x rays but did not do the cleaning because my daughter did not want to open her mouth . In April took my daughter to a different dentist and they confirmed that CHIP was charged for cleaning on November, even the task was not performed so my daughter could not have the cleaning on April because CHIP takes care of it every six months. I called Rio Dental and they refused to fix the situation. I am filing a complaint for fraud with Medicaid and with BBB
