Checkpoint Integrity Support Staff is an overall amazing team. They are so polite and filled with kindness. Whenever the agency needs something to be corrected or have question(s) regarding billing claims, pulling reports, adding clients, etc. The problem(s) are fixed, and questions answered in a fast-timely manner.
